Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider only. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with an invoice or superbill to get reimbursement for your insurance company, however, you must pay upfront. If you are unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, I recommend calling your insurance company directly.

Important questions to ask are, “What are my mental health benefits”, “What is my deductible or what is my out-of-pocket max”, and “Do you cover session code 90834?”.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you. We are not able to bill insurance for missed appointments. Therapy for Ladies, LLC requires a 24 hour notification to cancel an appointment, so that we may offer that time to someone else. We charge $120 for a missed appointment or for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. We do keep a credit card on file and your card will be billed automatically should you miss an appointment.

Session Rates:

  • Individual Teletherapy: $120/hr

  • Dyadic (Mother/Daughter) Teletherapy: $110/hr

  • Group Teletherapy: Dependent on group, all costs will be shared before group begins

Accepted Methods Of Payment:

  • I accept, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and credit cards. I do require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment.
